Excess equipment or attachments that we have fabricated & manufactured to a new finished

product ... and for some reason customer later decided not to purchase optional upgrade item.

The other reason may be... We have taken a part off of a new factory machine that was not

needed for the retrofit process of our Advanced Rail Concepts Machines.
